The rider weight plays only a partial role in the energy q.ty count that is applied to the
bike parts.
Here few examples that surely help to understand why:
1) Speed itself increases (by square factor) the loads applied on a wheel hitting an obstacle.
Thereafter speed, terrain roughness and the correct pressure of front tyre play the main rules when hitting small-medium obstacles.
2) Personal riding style can put limited or extremely high loads on rear wheel.
When the bike get angled under rider body during sprinting this increases the lateral stress on the rim-spoke structure, directly with angle log.
3) Low gear ratio and a high impulsive force of biker legs make a high stress combination for rear hub and drivetrain.

As general rule just realize that safety standard tests simulate an extremely strong athlete of 90kg (200Lb.) at his maximum possible output and repeat this loading efforts on a base of 100.000 times for each test session.
