Jeho hlavnym zmyslom je porovnavat svoje vykony medzi sebou, kedy je uplne jedno z akych zon sa to rata, ved tvoje zony sa tak rychlo nemenia aby to nejako kazilo udaje. Cize ti moze byt jedno ako velke ci male cisla ti hadze, vies porovnat ktory
vykon ta stal kolko sil (samozrejme do urcitej miery ze ano, ved HR neovplyvnuje len vykon ale dalsich x veci).
Problem nastava ked sa chces porovnavat s inymi ludmi. Vtedy uz treba mat nastavene vlastne HR zony a ano, ked si ich nastavis, Relative Effort rata z nich. Priamo na Strave mas taketo vety:
