Slecna co tam bola asi prvy den podla facu co dala kuka na majitela ze co chcem tak na nu stekol ze dve presa. Vtedy mi bliklo ze pruser ale uz bolo neskoro. A potom som zbadal "kavovar". Automat Jura. Zaplatil, vypil a tahal rychlo prec.

Co? Aj slecna bola skareda, ze si rychlo tahal prec? Lebo ked uz si to vypil, tak je to potom jedno, ako rychlo ...

Doplatím pár stoviek a mám p64 ... počkám ešte do štvrtka ako sa vyvinie debata ohľadom novej Míny , či niekoho zlomím na odpočet DPH . Ak z toho nic nebude zoberiem s červenými kameňmi . Predobjednavka je s depozitom 600$. Dodanie polovica prvá februára .

samozrejme ze by som bral ssp red speed (ta final cena co mi poslali vratane posty, vat, ssp kamene) ale to su brew kamene, na espresso s nimi zas az tolko skusenosti nieje, nemaju tie crushers okolo centralneho otvoru (foto klasicky espresso kamen, cerveny brew ssp kamen)

Červene sú pre svetlo prazene kavy na obe metódy ... životnosť 5K kg . Pre tmavé espresso so životnosťou 250kg !!! len sú tie druhé .

to ze su na espresso na svetlo prazene kavy uvadzaju oni :-) su to brew kamene na hrubsie mletie uninodalne s mininom fines, ktore teoreticky mozu byt vhodnejsie na svetlejsie kavy na espresso.

Ako pise martinovic, tie red speed kamene su urcene na brew, ale mozu byt pouzite aj na espresso. V kazdom pripade treba mliet podstatne jemnejsie, lebo maju malo fines, praktickych skusenosti je vsak malo. Prilis jemne mletie bude viest k preextrahovaniu, takze asi bude treba zmenit bezny postup, nakoniec o tom pise aj dalej.

"I could not resist anymore and finally ordered a set of the SSP brewing burrs as well. They arrived a week ago and here are my initial impressions:

The grind is super fluffy and has a lot more volume than the coffee ground with the Mazzer burrs
I have no problem grinding extremly fine. Think turkish.
The burrs produce an excellent grind at coarser (pour over) settings. I'm not able to taste any difference between a V60 from my SSP-SJ and my Mahlkönig Kenia.
I think the burrs produce a lot less fines than any other grinder I've played with so far. Coffee ground for espresso looks and feels a lot finer than with the old burrs while the shots run faster. I even have one coffee at hand currently that I need to grind at a turkish level with the shot times still being super short. The grind is so fine that a lot of the coffee particles end up in the cup.
It seems like it is easier to extract more. (I'm occassionally measuring my shots with an Atago coffee refractometer)
Grinding got a lot faster.
I needed to change my espresso making procedure quite a bit. With the old burrs I ground so fine it would choke my machine with "standard" technique. I then did super long (~ 1 minute) low pressure preinfusions before actually starting the shot. It seems like this is not a good idea with the SSP burrs since I would need to grind so fine that a lot of ground coffee would end up in the cup.

All in all I'm very satisfied so far. I *feel* like shots taste better than ever and I'm even thinking about selling my Kenia to make some room on the counter.

The only thing I'm a bit worried about is this one coffee where I need to grind super fine. It is not a problem by itself since the shots taste good none the less. I guess I'm just not used to it."

V suvislosti SSP brew kamne na espresso som este teraz dohladal


mletie je na prach a čuri to dost rychlo, na druhej strane chlapik si chvali (medium roast, https://www.home-barista.com/grinders/which-ssp-burr-set-to-get-for-my-super-jolly-t60774.html#p674963 ).

Ale este je tu aj vyjadrenie jedneho uzivatela (a citacia vyrobcu)

Brewing burr set also can make espresso, but I do not recommend it. because frankly motor power of SJ is not enough for that aggressive geometry, so you need to run grinder first then put coffee bean for grinding. otherwise grinder will be stalled. But if you coffee bean is around city (easy to break) it would be ok for espresso. But I recommend brewing burr set for only brewing usage."

peterg: jednym z problemov tychto kamenov pri pouziti na espresso je narocnost na kalibraciu mlynceka, zial dat to na SJ pre espresso nemusi byt ziadna vyhra, koniec koncov ek43 potrebune tiez narocnu kalibraciu aby zvladla s brew kamenmi robit "EK style " shot. P64 by mala mat odchylku do 0.02mm, zaver: momentalne je skusenosti s pouzitim brew kamenov na espresso osadenych v adekvatne presnom mlynceku malo, prakticky sa k tomu mozu vyjadrit len majitelia zostelovanych ek43 a monolith flat (kamene su za priplatok), este snad eg-1. Mlynceky ako MK guatemala, proM ... pripadne bezny mlyncek s horizontalnou mlecou komorou po vymene za takyto typ kamena nedokaze vyuzit ich potencial.
