podla mna velmi nie... 2023 krivka je vyssie ako 2024 a FTP rata o 10 nizsie. som si relativne isty ze aktualne FTP 299 nemam a prestrelene to je minimalne o 15w

Ok 8 minut nie je az taky problem. Skor si urcit kolko W ist aby to clovek neprepalil alebo nesiel malo. Vychadza to nieco medzi 340 (10min) a 373 (5min) 105% FTP mas 301w co je 287ftp. ak FTP = 2x8min avg / 0.9 teda vykon ktory podrzis by mal byt niekde okolo 320w. ak podrzis avg 350w tak mas...
