The DHC-8 flight manual details a maximum crosswind component for landing of 36 kt; this is based on a hard, dry runway and measured at a height of 10 metres.
V príručke pre tento typ lietadla sa píše toto (čo aj pilot predviedol):
"Approach and touchdown with upwind wing lowered, using rudder to align airplane with runway. Following touchdown hold nosewheel on runway with elevators and use ailerons to inhibit any upwind wing lifting."
Pali, ved ja s tebou vobec nehadam...len ono obcas instrukcie v prirucke su jedna vec a stretnut sa s tym v reale druha. Samozrejme to co pilot predviedol je jeho praca, ale sam uznas ze niektori by na to "gule" nemali
