Tak ja sa podelim o opacnu skusenost. Objednaval som viacero veci z tohto shopu, ale jednu polozku-
predstavec mali v inom shope lacnejsi. Tak som napisal mail o dorovnanie ceny. Odpoved ok, cenu znizia, treba poslat c. obj. Lenze aby som mohol poslat c. obj. tak som logicky musel objednavku vytvorit s povodnou sumou. A kedze som chcel platit kartou tak aj rovno zaplatit. Nevidel som v tom ziadny problem, hovorim si vsak preplatok vratia... Tak som objednal, zaplatil, poslal c. obj. s informaciu ze aj zaplatene kartou, znizili cenu a upravenu fakturu poslali na mail... Tovar do tyzdna prisiel, tak som napisal ze tovar uz mam a kedy mozem ocakavat vratenie preplatku. Tu je odpoved, v tomto momente som sa zacal trochu stracat, moja anglictina je na pomedzi mizerna a ziadna

Na to som reagoval:
-"Sorry, but I do not understand you
So you have an invoice for € 135,06€ and you register from me payment of € 147 and do not pay back a prepayment?"
Odpoved:
-"As soon as you place an order and pay by credit card, we reserve the amount on your credit card after entering the data.
When all items are available and packed for shipping, we will create an invoice and debit the amount from the reservation. If there is a change in the order amount (e.g. by price guarantee) and the amount is reduced, we will only debit the lower amount and the rest will expire automatically.
Please be patient."
Komunikacia prebiehala 31. januara, s 12€ som sa uz rozlucil. Len ma to trochu zarazilo, myslel som ze to bude jednoducha a jasna zalezitost, ked budu evidovat vyssiu platbu ako fakturu.... To napr. par mesiacov predtym mi z bike-discount.de uplatnili akciu ktoru zacali den po po objednani a vratili rozdiel sumy do tyzdna naucet...
