Studia o vplyve RPM mlynca na fines (particle size distribution)

Zmena RPM je velmi podobna zmene hrubky mletia ("... shows the grind size distribution changing as the burr speed changes, with the higher RPM resulting in a smaller median grind size and more fines. However, this effect appears to be very similar to the effects of simply changing the grind setting as shown in the graph below." ... "Selecting a finer grind setting also results in a smaller median grind size and more fines. This difference appears to be fairly similar to the effect of increasing burr RPM".) Toto plati celkom napr. pre EG-1, ale vseobecne neplati uplne pre vsetky mlynce, napr. u Mythos 2 namerali mierne ine TDS pri roznych otackach.
Zjednodusujuci zaver pre mna:
1/ Variabilne RPM u mlynca nie su velmi nutne (v podstate sa to aj potvrdzuje u Lagomu).
2/ Vyssie otacky su lepsie, ako nizsie (rychlejsie mletie, lepsie vyprazdnovanie komory, kava aj motor sa menej zohreju).
