sedle tak sa mi tepy v podstate nepohnu a ostanu max o 3 pulzy vyssie. potialto v pohode 3 pulzy hore dolu pri rovnakej zatazi. problem ale je ked si danu ANP zataz pri 90 kadenci dam zo sedla tak mi tepy vybehnu hore minimalne o 10, ergo sa bavime o pulze velmi blizko maxu. viem ze ANP+3 v sedle dam relativne dlho. tak isto viem ze pulzy velmi blizko maxu dam URCITE zasadne kratsie napriek tomu ze idem stale rovnaku wattovu zataz. (na toto je samozrejme relativne jednoduche vysvetlenie ale to pri tejto pointe nie je podstatne)
na druhej strane over-under intervaly nemas sancu spravit podla HR poriadne.
to ze to nieje ani nahodou ciernobiele ergo ze podla HR sa neda trenovat popisuje aj saganov trener (a ten asi tusi co hovori)
